Law of Attraction tool- ‘Let Go’, but what exactly?

What exactly is ‘ Let go’ and why such a drama around it amongst the LOA preachers? I have heard from diverse self-acclaimed mentors to start with desiring, then followed by letting go of the very thought you so want to manifest and that would deliver your dream! It reminds me of inflating a balloon with the precious air from your own lungs and then let it fly away to vanish in the thin air. Exactly what logic of which science is that? I understand to purge your mind of obsession but this is mere putting a lid on a boiling milk- it will over spill at some point. Some mentors even go as far as advising to ‘forget’ what you’ve desired after you make a wish ! No wonder there are more failures than success stories in the manifesting experience.
It is against any physiological or psychological science to consciously forget what you remember. I’ve written in earlier post about my disagreement or at least how the ideology is being interpreted. I am ready to take a farther leap now.
I’ve concluded that let go actually doesn’t have anything to do with forgetting your desire. In fact, let go is a technique to help you focus and ground yourself for meditation. So, how does this work?
You need to practise to let go of any other thought except for focussing on the Power you are meditating to, for the entire duration of rumination. In other words, there should be nothing between you and your Maker when you are meditating. This is the intimate time to spend with the Omnipresent in order to offer your heartfelt (literally) gratitude, confront your worst demons and kick the mental pebbles or obstructions. Let this conversation flow naturally in your head – ask the tough questions without guilt and don’t think about the answer- you’ll hear the response silently and instinctively. However, if you have to think about what the resolution should be, then no doubt you are still in a conscious state of mind and outside the spiritual vortex. You have some more ‘letting go’ to do. Try again and don’t give up as practice shall make you perfect. Let it flow freely. When you no longer feel angry or sad and feel lighter and grounded inside by reaching the root cause of your transitory problems, consider you are ready for remedying your life since you are now aligned with own being and thence with the Lord through yourself. The best test for the theory is in surprise divulgence or something which might challenge your wishful thinking or being presented with far better options that you couldn’t think of before meditation. Also, be assured that your true desire will come up in the conversation as well for the Omniscience knows about everything in your heart that even you might not be fully aware of. For example, when I was desiring promotion at work to manifest, I realised during a meditation session that I actually yearned to leave the job and work for myself. Since leaving the job couldn’t be an option at the time, I had compromised with promotion as the alternative wish. So, I left the final decision with the Nirankar. As a result, I manifested both- soon after the promotion there developed circumstances in the company to offer Volunteer Redundancies quite unexpectedly.  I left my job with the much required lump sum and today I work for myself– I am a blogger and an author as I always wanted to be.
So, here’s how it works
1. Clear your mind of everything except that your desire will be still lingering at the back of your mind and don’t wrestle to oust it as it wouldn’t. You will end up all stressed and raise negative energy. So long you’re not distracted by it, just let your wish sit behind quietly without interfering with your main focus. Your focus should be on communication with the Nirankar ( formless power) within and through your own self.
2. Once you feel grounded and not thinking about what you are going to cook that evening or when will quarantine fully end etc. you are ready for the intangible rendezvous with God. Be honest with the Akal Purakh ( timeless Power) about your fears, your questions and all the blockages. You will feel so free and light as if a ton of weight has been lifted off your mind.
3. After the heart is all poured out, you would be ready to receive an instant response which must be reflexive and unbiased so you know it’s not premeditated. This could occur as a thought or a strong feeling inside, penetrating through your semi-conscious to conscious state of mind. Only now consider your questions answered and believe in them. Just as all the other questions been responded to, your real desire too shall reveal itself. It might or might not be the same as you first thought. Accept it with gratitude.
4. You must believe and feel reassured that the Power which has shown your own hidden truth back to you, has the might to manifest your real desire too.
5. So, what to let go then? The garbage of unrelated thoughts with no purpose and obsession of what you think you want. Fight them, kick them aside and tilt the balance towards productive goals. Let your desire stay but on mute and leave it free to develop into what it should be. Your desire reaches the Almighty within your own being to be nurtured in to reality, before presenting itself as abundant reality in your corporeal life. Universe shall help you in the process if only your efforts are sincere.
6. Practise, practise and practise
till you are where you really want to be in order to manifest.
Without much ado, let’s start with meditation. Happy manifesting.

Karmic Responsibility begets karmic growth

I’ve touched on the topic of karma in my previous post on Cause and Effects and I would like to expand the theory  further –  Karmic Responsibility and Growth of Humans as individuals and as species.
Karma is a Sanskrit word meaning ‘action’ and has evolved from meaning rituals, including the act of sacrifice of another being as per Hindu Vedas to modern interpretation of, ‘ Every man is the architect of his own life’- in other words, Law of Attraction. Not just the deeds by hands but thoughts, feelings, words uttered and even silence constitutes Karma.  However, the theory has another aspect, deliberately ignored for our false purposes in life – an act of an individual can impact life of another and collective deeds of a group can affect the collective survival of others. There are many good and bad examples from our infamous and glorious human history to prove this theory. There is so much happening around us currently as if we’ve opened our eyes to it for the first time but in reality, nothing is new as what is occurring is an over-spillage of our complacent thoughts and self-obsessed actions for centuries. We are still rubbing our eyes and yawning before waking up fully. It’s time to act and readjust our expectations from self and others. In other words, widen the horizon of your mindsets by clearing the brain fog and erasing the dividing lines drawn out of ignorance. A personal prejudice is born out of preconceived beliefs drilled in to our psyche by the family, community and society nurturing the bias character without a conscious awareness about it. This is the lurking snake in the Eden. Believe me even a killer has a subdued and befuddled virtue under the inebriety of corruption. Every individual has a reptile within own garden, the test is in avoiding the poison.
In spiritual sense, if one is at a lower vibrational level, then we attract sadness, anger and false jubilations, but higher vibrations create happiness and peace within and around. It’s like listening to radio- if you are tuned in to the frequency of self-obsession and prepossession then you create a negative aura but catching the right waves would play the direct broadcast from the Universe. So, ground your fickle mind and question every act and decision you make and see the consequences of your karma in the moral light to achieve the right state of mind.
Any participation in an act to harm someone for own benefit or out of mere habit is a burden that most of us are carrying on our conscious in varied proportions. Be aware of it and beware of it. If your wish is based on the corrupted ideology of, ‘ I am only desiring to be beneficiary of a theft but I am not the thief’, then be corrected- your karma of responsibility should prevent you from partaking in wrong actions or decisions by another as you too are attracted to the same low vibrations and such a desire cannot be manifested to fulfil your life.  So, when an individual take upon himself to act discriminately, it is called a personal karma begetting a personal comeuppance. When a community, a society, a nation become unjust and oppressive, it builds a collective karma and degenerates the whole collaboration of humanity. According to the Karmic law of responsibility action is not always direct or in active state but even a passive participation in such regression constitutes karma. Once you know the truth and begin to face your own demons, you cleanse and grow as individual.
When you recognise your responsibility towards own self and others, your karmic growth shall progress as follows:
1. Start with open and honest communication with self, without defence mechanism or veils. In this chat with Self question every aspect of your current life and what you desire. Once your conscious has cleared your intentions you proceed to the next stage.
2.Believe in yourself and God who has created you.
3.You are now ready to desire. Start with meditation and offer gratitude to God for your inner growth.
4. Visualise your new positive aura in relation with the environment around. Make the world better for yourself and others around with cleaner thoughts and actions.
5. Believe in the new world and thank the Universe for guiding your path.
6.Visualise your own desire amidst positive vibrations.
7.Believe in manifestation of your wish leaving the ‘when’ and the ‘how’ in the benevolent hands of the Almighty.
Every drop join to make a sea and this deed of a drop is called individual karma but an ocean symbolises a collective karma of water. It’s time to join hands to build tides to quench the parched land of humanity.

5 strains of virus called the Prejudice: we all must unite to find the antidote

It’s not just the Corona that’s has caused a pandemic. We have been deliberately blind to another virus that has been affecting the human species for centuries and while we have been suffering with the plague, we have made only a half hearted attempt at any effort to find the antidot for the chronic disease called, ‘ The Prejudice’.
So, what exactly is prejudice? Dictionary claims that it is a preconceived opinion without any reason or experience. I would go a bit further to this text book definition by digging deeper in to the concept of ‘preconceived’ or time before one is born. Not making it a chicken or egg story, let me start from a man and a woman infected with the genes of prejudice before they transmit it to another human mind. From my view on this topic, I believe that there are five potential strains of a deadly virus which is hidden yet blatant in our lives, called the Prejudice and I’ll explain them as follows:
1.Every woman feels at varied thresh-holds, anxious while carrying a baby- worry about her own health, her baby’s welfare, social and economical stresses, etc. This transmits in different amounts in to the baby’s system. In this case, the bacteria of Fear carry a strain of Prejudice and as a sufferer of fear the woman become possessive and her over defence mechanism kicks in as antibodies to fight this infection of fear. The life born out of fear could be a man and he is born with this defective gene which he would pass on to someone else as was the case with his mother and so on. With time, we grow to believe fanatically  that self- defence means building encompassing walls and the more impenetrable the brick is, the more secure our being is as learnt from our preconceived opinion. You doubt everyone who doesn’t have high gates like yours; they become different and hence, your potential enemies or so you fear. Thus, fear begets intolerance as an amalgamation of preconceived insecurities. This bacterium strain is called the Prejudice of Intolerance born out of fear.
The only antidot can be replacing the fear with hope and belief. Realise happiness in your own life and multiply it by sharing it with others. When you have no enemies, you don’t need tall walls. Spread friendship not disease.
2.
The thought of losing something prompts automatically to accumulate more than we need. Once we have hoarded enough it becomes a habit and a mindset. The action that is conceived by such a mindset is to thieve and rob from others without any conscious awareness about the wrongful deed. At this stage we allow ourselves to become godless creatures. The bigger the hoarder the more influence amongst fellow humans and it gives privilege to construct a society as means to our own selfish goal of filling an abyss  with stone, metal, mortar, paper and many other waste products polluting our mindset. This strain of virus develops in to Greed. Thus, greed begets selfishness and Power over other fellow beings. This bacteria strain is called the Prejudice of Power born out of greed.
The only antidot is collaborated love for humanity in its entirety. Restore power over your own weaknesses like avarice and selfishness. Consume only what is required and healthy- Your cup will overflow with contentment. Don’t give up without trying it.
3.
Mental power over others is mightier than physical strength and it is addictive. Once intoxicated with power, we do not desire to abdicate the control over others. The more others look above at you the more you love the view looking down. The severity of the symptoms of power manifest cruelty. The bigger the stick of brutality the more addictive it is, just like in case of an alcoholic – the more one drinks the more one craves for. Only a human can become addictive to a disease- bravo! What a progress! Callousness resides inside a cold heart and cold heart is a dead heart. Cruelty is a symptom of death- this is the critical stage of illness. This mutation strain is called the Prejudice of Cruelty born out of false sense of power.
The antidot for this is a high intravenous dosage of mercy and humility. Try to give- start with small quantity and progress; extinguish anger with a smile; remove a stone from someone else’s path; help selflessly and let your good being inside take over and you’ll crave for more .
4.
Once we feel we have conquered the ones in front of us, we shift our attention elsewhere. This is when the infection transmits beyond the borders and demarcations. Rotating the sword also attract like mindedness around. Now we form allies with all those who admire their reflection in the same fake mirror as us. So, social distancing is the only sanctuary. However, this comes at the cost of dividing the human society, where we all are quarantined in own groups of similarity with perpetual fear and intolerance of the outsider groups. This virus strain is called the Prejudice of Race and is fatal if not treated in a timely way.
The only antidot is daily potion of love for all. A garden fully flourishes when it blooms with rainbow of flowers and yet the diverse beauty offers the same enjoyable experience to everyone.

.It’s often said that we humans are born competitive- In reality this too is deeply rooted in our preconceived fears. In this case, it’s the fear of being beaten by someone else. To me, the leader in a social race connotates symptoms of someone most needing to get away from others who are following to vanquish his/her life. Each of the above human groups are competing with one another out of fear and to secure themselves with whatever power available. We have seen this world been ravished by such life threatening competitions from when we started recording history of mankind. This is the deadliest strain of the plague called the Prejudice of war born out of competition to win.
The only antidot and cure for this disease is peace and gratitude. Peace originates from within and not by infesting fear in others. Hold the one on the ground by shoulders and assist him to stand up so you can see the same humanity in each other’s eyes and not put a knee on a fellow human being to stifle life that is created by God in his own image.
