Fear is gripping the global heart currently but believe this- Dark clouds can cast a shadow over our life from time to time, but God always shines through a silver lining to all humanity. Plagues are not new to mankind, yet we as a species are still standing on our two firm feet with banners reading: ‘Thank you God for the gift of life!’ Let me quote a couple of real motivating historical examples: during the plague of 1590s Shakespeare wrote King Lear, one of his best plays while in quarantine; and Leonardo da vinci was inspired to design a new concept of a city following the plagues of the 15th century, as one of the preventive measures against future plagues. Quarantine presents a great opportunity to meditate and connect with our inner self, which is mirror of the Universe itself ( Ref: my previous two posts) . We don’t have to necessarily meditate with our eyes closed, but if we thank the Universe from first thing in the morning to the last thing at night, and as many times during each day for blessing us and our beloved family, along with all other cohabitants with life; then consider that we have meditated successfully and Almighty has heard. Amen. I would like to pray collaboratively with you all over the next forty consecutive days in the form of a prayer via my blog to seek blessings for a healthier LIFE for all mankind. Why 40 days? There is a special reference to number 40 in the spiritual realm, regardless of our birth religion. For example, reference to Jesus’s fast for 40 days to win over temptation, Hindu’s Hanuman Chalisa for positive energy ( prayer for 40 days), 40 Muktas in Sikhism or 40 chosen souls blessed with ultimate mukti or Nirvana, 40 days fasting in Islam, and to add, in numerology number 40 is considered to represent purification, purging and transformation. In short, we too can invent a way to wait, with hope and belief, for the grey clouds to pass and so we could all bask in the Mona Lisa smile of the sun, once again. Our Desire: Vanquish Coronavirus. Our collective action: Meditate sincerely over the next 40 days, with fortitude. Let the sky resound with our collective prayer. Believe that Universe will soon bless all of us with a healthy world again. Amen. Please join me to manifest by individually lighting first of the 40 candles today. Gratitude, Almighty.
Please refer to this blog in context of my previous post, ‘LOA started with frustrations and fears for me, stafe 1’, whereby I left my readers with the thought of finding oneself in the universe that exists inside us all; and that the search is imperative before even thinking of manifesting any desire. Further to that, let me elaborate what I meant by ‘finding yourself within’. We spend a lot of our time in thinking about people who only have a guest appearance in our drama of life, doing far too much that others expect us to do and saying things that we don’t really mean but we say to please others. In short, we waste a lot of our lives on others and deprive ourselves the prime attention that we deserve. Spending hours in self grooming for a beholder’s acceptance, sweating out to win the best employee’s badge, feeling the never-ending guilt to be the best parent, and of course striving to win all the other races in life- all this is motivated by our eagerness to impress others. So how does anyone decide what to desire and manifest to better own life, while having such an outward mindset? Simple- transfer into an inward-being by getting in touch with self in order to zero in on what your heart really wishes for. After going through the initial frenzy of wishing and hoping an instant manifestation, I too soon realised that it was mandatory to first understand my inner self before even begin to understand what I actually desire and how to go about manifesting it. Here’s how I did it : I prepped by pledging that I would only focus on the truth about myself and my life without allowing any biased wishful influences to distort the reality I seek. I sat down in a quiet and comfortable place; then simply closed my eyes and my conscious-self began with a question, ‘ How will I describe my life so far?’ The roller-coaster of life ran like a movie in my mind, but only in a flash; and the instant feeling my heart released indicated that life overall has been a blend of some good and some bad. True, but isn’t that a generic normality of human life? True again- life is like a zebra crossing, painted with parallel black and white stripes. Now, I was getting a hang of this private chat with my inner self – believe me, it’s just like talking with your best friend. Yes, as simple as that….no complicated mantras or rituals to connect with yourself. It can be described as soul- searching, introspection or self- analysis. We all practise these mental exercises on daily basis but at a very elementary level of consciousness. Remove all partial defensive mechanism which we apply to justify ourselves or in becoming a victim, most of our life. Imagine you are having an honest phone conversation; and the trick is in letting this conversation flow without feeling that you are talking for the person on the other side too, a bit like solitary game of chess. If the response seem auto instant, and at times it makes you uncomfortable to accept what you are hearing from within, then congratulate yourself as your sub-conscious is in touch with you! But if you feel that the reply is somewhat exerted and you needed to think consciously about what should be the answer- then you are not quite connected yet. Try again and don’t give up. Also, don’t expect an alien voice from within- well, that’ll be proper spooky! No, the whole chat will be as quiet as our thoughts and feelings, yet communicating loud and clear. The evidence is in feeling it and knowing that what you’ve just realised is true and nothing but the whole truth. Next, it was time to analyse the worthiness of my life created by God and what I really yearned more of to enhance that life further. Some part of the self-realisation was encouraging yet a lot was an eye opener for me. For example, I recognised that while I was chasing the ‘next more’ part of life, I was also ignoring all that I already had ! This touched a nerve. What are the blessings that I had forgotten to count then? Well, I was alive, to begin with, and living amongst my beloved family, I was educated, I got promotions in my career, I had my own roof over my head, I was in not-so-bad a state of health, etc. etc. As the number of blessings augmented in my mind, I was beginning to feel happier, relieved and even grateful in my heart. Just then, a smiling whisper slipped my mouth- ‘Thank you God’. I felt I had finger on the pulse of my feelings, hiding in the dungeon of my sub-conscious, for god knows how long. But now the dust was wiped and my thoughts were clearer. I also became aware of many follies in my existing thought pattern which motivated me to clear all clutter of preconceived notions about life. I went out for curry in our local restaurant with my family, something I had done dozens of times before, but for some reason I enjoyed the experience many folds more that particular evening. The launch pad for enhancing my life further was hereby set up. Gratitude to the Nirankar. In the forthcoming blogs my aim is to share each of the seven stages that I’ve discovered while practising the Law to manifest successfully. I’ll be discussing about the concept of desire in my next post. Objective comments from my readers are always welcome. Happy rendezvous with self. Till next week. Message: Sit your body down, calm your mind and let your conscious speak. What will speak back is your sub-conscious, also called the soul by many.
Universe has been described time and again by diverse LOA sources as pure science and a mathematical equation. This threatened my perception of a father figure, mother like, warm and kind, generous and forgiving picture of a great personified God. It felt like if I believed in the rediscovered Universe, I would be betraying the image branded on my sub-conscious by the cultural and religious influences, including my birth guardians. Every fibre in my body revolted against such a description of my beloved almighty. Universe is at the centre of Law of Attraction- well, it’s after all the Law of the Universe. So, I couldn’t proceed beyond this before I figured out how the LOA Universe could shake hands with My Universe. Since I was at the centre of all this, I started with myself- ‘Who exactly am I, especially in relationship to the Universe?’, this led me to also search, ‘What is Universe, in the most unbiased terms?’ Following the saga of perseverance, research through extensive reading, listening to the you tube pundits and regular meditations, I had a surprising self- realisation that revealed thus: * I am a complete Universe within myself- since universe has created me, and I share its DNA with the same energy flowing through both of us. * The Universe is space and abstract, something that science can explain; also, it’s planned and logical like a mathematical equation. However, it is a lot more than this- it is what you really believe it to be. Now, I realised that I had manifested my first desire successfully! I had found myself inside my own universe! I had stepped over the threshold to walk on the long road to manifestation. I would like to share with my readers a thought churned out of all my endeavours in exploring the spiritual reality so far- Message :One size does NOT fit all. What I found manifested itself as a feeling that I actually felt and a thought that I actually believed. So what you feel and believe would be your core self and your Universe. Happy experience. Work with your doubts to work through them.
Pretence is lying and you can never manifest by trying to trick your subconscious which is our direct alignment with the Universe. A lot of beginners find it very difficult to feel positive when they are trying to eliminate all negativity out of their lives. Some self-proclaimed coaches are preaching how to ‘pretend’ and ‘act’ ‘as if’ they have already received what they are currently desiring. This can’t be farther from the truth! You cannot hoodwink the Universe! No, this is not how Law of Attraction works. These experts should instead help by coaching how to persevere and continue to see life as half full rather than half empty glass, sipping every positive drop of the current life. You don’t ‘pretend’ that you’ve already received what you haven’t yet- instead, visualise how you would feel the moment Universe delivers your dream, without obsessing. Feel it in reality…till you find yourself actually smiling and feeling the tingle of excitement inside. The theory of ‘Let go’ and pretending are not the same things either. Let go means not obsessing over your desire, but think about it with love and believe in your dream to come true. To summarise- * Feel happy by appreciating what you currently have, so ask for more without thinking that you don’t have anything at present time. * Thank the Universe for all you have and practise genuine gratitude. * Meditate with a positive mindset and keep your aura clear of all negativity. * Don’t be daunted by any doubts; consider them as hurdles that you can cross to win the race. * Have faith that your desire will be delivered by the Almighty – without worrying about when and how. * Visualise your enhanced feelings on receiving your manifestation and enjoy that vibration. * Be truthful to your feelings including your initial doubts. These doubts will rinse away with the water of belief in and love for God as well as yourself. * Remember reality is true and not a pretence – you manifest when you receive your desire. Till then, it’s a journey of belief, gratitude, determination and continuation. This is where your action stops and leave the rest to the Universe. Grow within before you can grow outwardly. Be sceptic, if you feel it, but set up at least one 121 with yourself, sincerely. That’s where you will get most of the answers. Happy manifesting. Amen.
I am a traveller on this long and tough path to manifest my spiritual destination; and there are many a desire on the way that can be fulfilled. The simple definition of manifestation is, ‘materialisation of desire rising from the depths of your sub-conscious.’ The centuries old spiritual law has been recently rediscovered- The Law Of Attraction. According to this Law we attract the life that we think and feel in our mind; it’s well within our power to achieve all our desires. We have so many cravings and often lose sight of the one burning desire. So we must first prioritise in case of multiple desires as to what is the ’most wanted wish’ of the time. Once you’ve established this beyond a doubt, then the process of manifestation can start. In order to resuscitate our real desire to life, our belief needs to give it a mouth-to-mouth . This will require persistence and perseverance. In my experience, the feeling of having grounded the immediate desire grips your focus resolutely, which means your belief is now rooted deeply to support this desire in turn. If I can show this as an equation, it’ll look like this- Establish desire= focus established= belief rooted= manifestation. I only aim to desire one manifestation at a time and am successful so far. Thank you Universe. Amen. Happy manifesting to all the readers.
The aim of this post is to share with all my lovely readers a short and a sweet message- Manifestation might not be delivered as one big package, but will progress consistently. The more you meditate, the more you strengthen your belief and the more the dream/desire grows into a reality. My desire grew to become an author with Amazon and Draft 2 Digital publication. Yes, it was fulfilling, especially with the response from the readers. Then my desire grew further to spread my ambition to a wider audience and see my book on a shelf of a book store. So I desired, meditated to present my wish to the Nirankar; so the desire was heard and manifested, as seen in the picture above, in BookCase store of Chiswick high street in London. I am currently awaiting even a wider circulation of my first book, pending meetings with a few book store managements and publishers in the coming week. As always, my motto is to share with hundreds of fellow seekers that : ‘Believe in your desire , meditate daily while investing in the corresponding action to the best of your ability (I have defined Action in another blog) and then let go to receive the next instalment of your manifestation. We all have experienced that it is easier said than done, especially in the beginning, but you will be surprised how simple manifestation can be once you get the hang of it. Happy manifestation to all.
Manifestation starts with perseverance to build a mind-set of patience, submission, acceptance, focus and then diligently try to believe that it is already happening- only it’s not! But you don’t give up because you desire to materialise your dream. After much persistence, you are successful to develop a habit to visualise; however your spirit still awaits materialisation of your current desire. Wait is frustrating, creating a vacuum. As if this was not enough you are also advised to ‘let go’! But how? Why release something from your grip that you so desire? Before you realise, you are beginning to feel frustrated. It’s a bit like the first time you loosen the grip of the little hand of your child and unfold the clasp to leave her/him in school in the care of the teacher who is going to give your child all he/she will need to succeed in life. Sounds familiar? Good, as it is exactly how the pang of letting go of your desire feel like at first, yet it’s the best way to manifest your dream and enrich your life by leaving it in the care of the Universe. This is exactly why it’s best to let go a bit to gain a lot more. Still, how exactly and what does it all mean? I would like to share my own experience to elucidate further. While I was disappearing slowly but surely in the quick sand of scepticism something within prompted me to calm down, put the questionnaire to the side and connect to my inner self. This is what I’ve discovered- Let go of your tight grip around your desire as you are squeezing the life out of it. Think about your desire by visualising your dearest dream, but set a time and time limit to do so. I visualise once a week, while in the process and rest of the time I keep myself occupied and busy in other interests in life. Imagine an anaconda wrapped around your desire and every time the Universe tries to give it air to breathe and live to grow, the anaconda of your desperation tightens around it even more. Instead, be gentle with it. Most people love the beauty of a butterfly, but you don’t grab it in your fist as you will kill it; instead you let it rest on an open palm and let it fly to pollinate the garden of your life. Once I was aware of the repercussions of my own thoughts and actions, I found it easy to let go. However, I still need to master this technique further. The best way to do this, I’ve learnt, is to pick another scene from the tapestry of life. Give yourself another focus or project, for example, develop a hobby or pick up a book of interest to read, socialise with positive minded people, cook your favourite dish….in other words just do anything else rather than constantly thinking of your desire -remember the anaconda grip. So, to summarise- don’t listen to those who preach to ‘forget’ or pretend to forget what you actually are asking for, as this is absolutely against the normal functionality of a human brain. You can’t deliberately forget something, so don’t even try. Just divert your attention elsewhere after visualising your desire for a bit every day/every week or however you’ve set aside the time for it, without obsession or anxiety. Above all look around and you’ll realise that there is a lot you should be thankful for to the Almighty, and be happy with your current life. Ask for even a happier and even more fulfilled life. To conclude, do not forget to meditate and be grateful to the Universe at every step and every level of your journey. Let go and manifest. Amen.
My journey in to LOA started with thinking that Universe existed as an omnipotent energy existing in/out and around me; so while meditating I was praying to the force to align me with itself- as if this force existed separate from my own being. This was a partial mistake. I realised it, at the cost of my latest desire resisting manifestation. Not meaning that I didn’t have success with manifesting but it has been, admittedly, slower than could have been. Let me share my experience with you all- my valuable readers.
I asked my deep- conscious the reason for stalled manifestation; and desired to know the resistance blocking me. And there it was! Manifesting itself loud and clear to me! Here is what manifested itself during a complete state of perfect harmony within, while meditating one day. It is true that the mother Universe created me out of it’s own energy, but this was not to create a separate but rather an independent entity with a whole Universe inside me, as in case of every one of us. This is what the global religious message means when it proclaims that ‘God resides within us and not with out’, and that ‘ Go inside to find God’. This is the Universe that we need to align our individual conscious self with. The relationship between the Conscious mind and the spiritual mind or the ‘My’ Universe within, is like the relation between the blood and the heart in a body: blood by itself can’t circulate through the body to keep it alive unless the heart purifies and pumps it around every organ. It is similar to our conscious imagining and flittering through random thoughts but not all these thoughts reach reality; until focus and action pump life in to these thoughts to manifest them as real. This focus has the energy and when the energy vibrates it becomes your only conscious. The equation is simple: Conscious ( your every moment awareness of the material world around you, representing the blood in the analogy) + sub-conscious ( The focus or energy within or the heart in the analogy) = your very own UNIVERSE or GOD, all within yourself! Now our entity is complete and vibrating, so we get aligned with the parent Universe, ‘The Omnipresent God’, that created every man and woman in its own form. This is so simple yet requires committed practice and belief to manifest the thought, before you can become a magnet for abundance. How do I know this works? Well, it has already manifested one of my imminent desires pertaining to my health issues. I was so fed up with the chronic sinusitis and constant headaches for years that I asked my GP to refer me for further tests, and guess what- after thorough investigation, the ENT consultant confirmed that I DO NOT suffer from sinus at all and couldn’t explain the former diagnosis! While I was mulling over the thought about a second opinion, my headaches seem to have just vanished in to the thin air; one day, then one week and now two months- still no headaches, also a couple of other tests came all clear ( I rather not go in to every detail)! I have been desiring good health for some time, with hit and miss results( I have mentioned about it in the previous blog). What’s more? I feel consistently happy within and receive greater stimuli to augment my positiveness constantly. No wonder I enjoyed the best Christmas with my family this year, and hope you all did too. How will you know that you are aligned with your Universe within? You will know when your conscious feels ‘whole’ and settled, and not vague as normal, hopping from one wishful thought to the other. Your self-confidence will exalt and you feel self -reliant. Your intuition will become sharper, or what you might call a ‘gut feeling.’ You will not stop from asking questions, obviously, but every single time you will get the answer that will work for you. You do need to gather your focus and meditate regularly though, or these are just many of those words that you hear but don’t listen to and read without understanding them. Try sincerely and with positive mindset. You can leave a review for this blog, which is volunteer, but nice to share your experiences with fellow voyagers. I know I have the most successful year ahead. Will keep you all posted with progress. In the meantime, a very happy and prosperous New Year to all the readers.
Law of Attraction has, in the very least, opened up our thoughts to reflect on the definition of the Universe. The essence of The Law of Attraction is to manage our mind-set positively, along with experiencing how our conscious in its absolute state functions. The more we can actually feel its function, the more our desires manifest. But who or what fulfills our desire? The Universe. So who or what is this Universe? Every theory circulating at the moment might be inconclusive in itself, but collaboratively we might have just scratched the surface. Before I add a drop of my own thoughts to the ocean of a magnanimous subject , I would like to mention a few theories first, so as to give a wider perspective to the readers. A Physicist claims that the Universe is nothing but ONLY Physics; and affirmed in absolute terms that there are 4 fundamental forces of nature; yet recently a new 5th force has been discovered, which has now raised speculations of more forces existing that await discovery. So, Universe is not yet just Physics, conclusively . A Mathematician might describe Universe through its Set theory, Category theory or Type theory. I doubt that Math can calculate all my mind’s add ups and subtractions, yet. Philosophy speaks about the ‘totality of existence.’ Over decades philosophy has raised itself as a study of Cosmology, describing the Universe as a duality of physics and astronomy. Finally, I’ll mention Psychology for describing the Universe in its spiritual sense. This, to me, is in the least, the most conclusive theme tune for my quest- through the study of the ‘spirit’, in its physical and incorporeal state. So my understanding is – the Universe is all the colourful picture that these subjects paint it to be, and then also reflect a lot more shades we human beings have yet to discover. We haven’t even understood fully as to how our individual mind works in its width of thoughts and depth of emotions. I believe that all these theories carry some essence of truth but it’s still work in progress. I feel, Guru Nanak has defined the Universe well- It is ‘One’ ( Call it God, Universe, Force or by any name- it is THE ONE) , it is ‘The Truth’, it is the ‘All-Doer'( Omni-potent), it is ‘Fearless’, it is ‘Without Hatred or Prejudice’, it is ‘Timeless'( Omni-present), it is ‘Outside the cycle of Birth & Death’, it is ‘Un-breakable’, it has ‘No Beginning and No End’. To continue in to this journey through meditation is the door to finding out what more is our Universe; and most of us will, probably, stay in this journey during their life-time without ever reaching the destination of the un-known. May be this is what Universe means- endless in all aspects, and then some more. I am very happy to carry on with this journey; and why would I want it to reach an end? Don’t you think so? Happy meditation to all my readers, and may the spiritual quest be extremely pleasant for all of you, regardless of which academic thesis or text become your guide.
I will start on a positive note, and why not? After all it’s been the result of my purpose -focused mediatation! Holding the firm hand of my parent -cosmos, I took a leap of faith by quitting my day job, to pursue my passion for writing. Result? I have published my debut mystery thriller, ‘ Do The Souls Return?’ on Amazon KDP Direct, available on kindle and in paperback form currently. Why highlight? Becuase this is the spotlight of this blog. I thank the Universe foremost before I elucidate my point. I realised some time ago, that it is rather easy to get addicted to even meditation, which is nice; but meditation can’t be for the sake of meditation only, no matter how fulfilling the experience is. Meditation without a meaningful purpose is yoga or mental exercise at the very best. Before a traditionslist accuse me of promoting meditation to gain material goals, may I confess to the charge, please? Yes! That’s exactly what I am doing, and I will explain why. I have been meditating since as far as I can remember, and for many long years I was happy to just enjoy meditation for the sake of fulfilling my duty towards God and also to be accreditted as spiritually worthy. For this, I self-induced blindness with closed eyes, expecting to see a miracle without any idea of it’s identity. Still, I must admit, it had it’s own limited satisfaction. So I had formed a routine of sitting with head covered, eyes closed and stressing myself to focus into nothing, for nothing, for hours. I did practise breathing exercises, aasans and developing concentration. Result? I opened my eyes, almost always, to find that nothing much had changed, and would blame myself for the constant failure. If any of my worldly desires brushed past my thoughts while meditating, I felt guilty of wandering around aimlessly in lust for materialism. So, subsequently, I would meditate to absole my sin of desiring. This wasn’t a meaningful purpose at all. I meditated to vow my love for God, assuming that all I secretly crave for in this life would automatically be delivered by the supreme being, without me asking for it directly. While thinking wishfully, I prepared myself for the worse- just in case I didn’t recieve anything , then it would be due to my own bad karmas from the previous birth. So, meditation was founded on a very negative grounds. The so called inspiring theories were something like- ‘you, will get it only if you are destined to’ – then why do I need to pray as am already doomed or guaranteed to get it anyway?, ‘ Work hard but never expect a reward, for it’s selfish’- a mis-construed theory of selflessness. I have written more in detail about my early experiences in quest for God in my first blog – ‘Law Of Attraction Finds Me.’ It took some time to get used to ‘asking for something’ from the Omni-Potent . Once I started to validate my desires, the whole experience of meditation enhanced- I had a purpose to focus on- ‘ to desire a better life.’ The ultimate abstract energy started materialising my desires; the desires that I felt in my very bones. One of my heartfelt dreams has been to become a professional author, for a while. I had kept this yearning locked away in the un-conscious cell for a long time, as other responsibilities compelled me to prioritise my ‘duties‘ in life. But the more I meditated with specific focus, the more I have been in touch with my main– conscious ( most call it sub-conscious) and the more this dream started waking up. When it started knocking at the door of my thoughts louder and louder, I had no choice but to open my mind. Because I became ONE with my desire, the Universe blessed me with an opportunity. I have manifested my dream of becoming an Author. I do believe that one should always be happy with the current situation, but I also believe that contentment is superlative ; beyond which nothing remains to be desired. Yes, there’s a place for this stage in spirituality, but I am still at a mortal level of life. Life evolves constantly in to ‘more’ forever. Life doesn’t stay the same; it depends on an individual mind-set to believe if this ‘more’ connotates mere the ageing process or ‘more’ of wisdom to enrich life. The evolution for improvement is reached by meditating with a purpose of manifesting a burning desire. After all, we are creations of energy that vibrates at high frequency and this vibration conotates movement, which never stops. Hence, one should not stop from desiring to improve further- at least, that’s how I understood the message. So, I am extremely happy with the current results; yet continue to seek blessings of the Universe for the success of my future ventures too. I hope all those fellow voyagers who have their heartfelt desire put on the shelf due to self imposed blockages, will establish their purpose or desire first before even settling for meditation. Beyond this, sit back and enjoy the experience of feeling the vibration of high energy inside that keep us all alive and give an opportunity to align with the mother Universe. I am grateful for your benevolence my loving Universe. Thank you, thank you, thank you.
